Management & Development of Makoran Land

Mavara Bahar Company in collaboration with Arkan Tadbir Company is acting as the Contract Management (MC) for the Comprehensive Development Plan of the Makran Land, with the Makran Land Development Management Company (MATSAN) as the client. Currently, Mavara Bahar Company is in charge of managing the contracts for the following projects.

Exploration and investigation of mineral zones in the Makran land

Construction of a 250,000-inhabitant private economic port city in Makran and the necessary infrastructure, each of which is defined as a separate project with the following description:

Water supply infrastructure
- Water extraction project through the control of surface water and water resources
- Construction of water desalination facilities
Gas supply infrastructure
Energy supply infrastructure

Establishment of an industrial park to carry out the following projects:

Construction of an alumina production plant with a capacity of 1 million tons
Construction of a phosphate fertilizer and its derivatives production plant with a capacity of 300,000 tons
Establishment of a hydrogen production plant

Establishment of a megaport adjacent to the private economic port city of Makran

Goharzamin Iron Ore

Providing advisory services regarding the subject, method and amount of foreign investment of the Goharzamin Industrial Mining Company in Oman

Design, establishment, and implementation of a portfolio management system and management of the development projects of Gohar Zamin Mining and Industrial Company based on PMBOK standards in 3 phases:

Review, identification, and organizational diagnosis.
Design and establishment of the PMO office and an integrated project management system based on PMBOK.
Leadership of the PMO unit of Gohar Zamin Industrial and Mining Company.

Mishiz Bardsir Steel Industries

Study and review of the plans of Foolad Mashiz Bardasir Company (a subsidiary of Gohar Zamin Industrial Company) in line with strategic investments and the growth engine of organizational development.
